Curried trail mix 🐿

I wanted to start making more healthy snacks to bring to work and this one was super great and lasted me a long time!

~1 cup hazelnuts
~1 cup cashews
~1 cup almonds
~1 cup walnuts
~1 cup sunflower seeds
~1 cup pistachios
~1 tsp smoked paprika
~1 tsp garlic powder
~1 tsp soy sauce
~1 tsp curry powder
~1 tsp sesame oil
~1 tsp salt
~1/4 cup melted butter

Combine everything in a large bowl and stir until fully coated. Spread evenly over a baking tray and bake on 200 for 20 minutes, flipping the nuts halfway through.

This will keep for a while if you keep in a sealed Tupperware in a dry place!
